It may also be helpful to share your concerns with your colleagues as they may be able to offer some advice or problem solving skills that may be of help to you.
Having company when it comes to losing weight may be a great idea as you and your partners will be able to challenge one another to achieving results sooner. You could even have little competitions and reward one another. Remember that, the more fun you have, the easier and more enjoyable the process of losing weight will be.
