The amount of diet information out there is staggering. To make it worse, much of it is conflicting. To make things clearer, I find it best to simplify.
So my question becomes: What are the NON-NEGOTIABLES when it comes to losing weight?
If we can answer this question we can free ourselves from the tyranny of food-related fear-mongering and lose weight successfully without the stress usually associated with dieting.
