So what if you're seriously unfit and quite a bit overweight?
Then exercise is going to help even more. So what should you do? WHATEVER YOU ARE CAPABLE OF.
If you can only walk around the block before you feel like you're dying, do that a couple of times this week. Manage that? Next week, try going around the block twice.
So what should you do?
The moral of the story is that you can only get better at exercising BY EXERCISING.
Watching people run on TV is not going to help. Get those running shoes on and hit the pavement.
The guarantee is a great one: if you take it slowly enough, and do it regularly enough, you WILL get fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier.
