Stand inside an open door frame. Whilst tucking your chin in as much as you can, try to extend your arms in a V-shape with your elbows, forearms and palms placed onto the doorframe and higher than your shoulder level. Try to hold this position for about 10 seconds - it will help stretch your minor pectoral muscles.
Thereafter, slide your arms downwards such that your elbows are in line with the height of your shoulder joints. Hold this position for 10 seconds as well – it will help stretch your major pectoral muscles.
Note that you may need to lean forward slightly when performing this exercise. If you experience any pain or discomfort whilst exercising, stop immediately.
