The shelves of pharmacies and sports stores are full to overflowing with supplements claiming to help you lose more fat, build more muscle and train harder if you take them a few minutes prior to walking into the gym.
Each product claims to have a 'proprietary blend' (a way of saying they don't want to print the ingredients and quantities) of chemicals inside, and of course, each one is the BEST.
The basic idea behind most of them is exactly the same - they stimulate your metabolic rate causing you to feel more energised and alert, and provide more energy by way of adrenal response.
The thing is, you already have something in your kitchen that will do exactly the same thing for you as all of these supplements claim to (maybe not as aggressively, but that may be a good thing).

Save yourself some cash and use what you already have instead of paying for supplements you may not be able to trust.
