If you are someone who wants a tight, toned tummy but feel like you don't have the time to exercise then you're not alone!
Life today is busy, and people feel overwhelmed by all of their commitments. One of the first things to fall off the agenda during the busy times is always exercise.
Good news!
Here is a five-minute routine you can do every day to get you headed toward your tight, toned tummy.
Do it first thing in the morning before anything else. It's pretty easy to get up five minutes earlier than normal.
You can do this routine with any exercise but I've used air squats for the example. Alternate these with sit-ups, push-ups, and lunges on different days of the week.
That way, you will target and tone different areas of your body, and decrease fat over all. Remember, you can’t TARGET fat deposits. You can only teach your body to let go of fat all around your body. That way, your tummy muscles will begin to show through your belly fat, your arms will become more toned, and your thighs will lose their dimples.
Do it first thing in the morning before anything else.

By the end you should feel pretty tired. If not, you're not going hard enough on the squats. Use a clock to keep your timing on track. Enjoy!
