If we could just stick to three healthy meals per day our weight wouldn't be an issue. But snacking is a real thing, and it's probably not going away, so if you want to lose weight you'd better get SNACK-SMART.
Here are six snacks you can eat totally guilt-free (just remember that the calories still need to be counted):
Yes! 6 cups (cooked) of microwaved popcorn is a great snack option if you're feeling peckish.
Why microwaved?
Because you don't need to cook it in sunflower oil (trans fats). This doesn't apply to the pre-packed, butter-smothered microwave popcorn. Just buy normal kernels and follow the instructions in the video below.
Salt it lightly and you're A-for-a-way. Very low on calories, plus very high in fibre - your digestive system will thank you for the clean-out.
