Brush your teeth straight after dinner - that way you feel less likely to want to eat again before bedtime. I found this trick works especially well when you’ve been out for a dinner.
As soon as you get home, brush your teeth when you wash your face and you won’t feel like finishing off the leftovers you brought home from the restaurant.
I’ll be the first to admit that this is the possibly the worst thing to do, but absolutely vital to the success of your journey.
Get a friend to take before photos for you that you can look back on when you fall off the wagon, need to see how far you’ve come or just to keep you accountable. This small trick is something I still use on a regular basis and it definitely keeps me pushing on.
Keep yourself hydrated with fancy water infusions like cucumber or strawberry. I love adding both to my water and sip on them throughout the day for a tasty, refreshing treat that is also really great for keeping your weight loss on track.
