It's not so different in the diet world.
People who want to lose weight spend ages psyching themselves up to go on a diet, then they research all the hundreds of available schemes looking for THE diet that will make them lose weight quick and easy and allow them to eat all the foods they love at the same time.
Then the diet starts, and within three weeks they have given up and started a new plan that promises to be better. This process repeats itself a few times until the dieter becomes disillusioned and accepts their fate of being “unhappy and overweight forever”.
No diet that will magically recompose your body better than all the rest. There are many, many diets that work very well, and all you need to do is choose one and commit to it. Will any of them be easy? No. Will they deliver amazingly fast results? No.
But if you choose one wisely and commit to it for twelve weeks you WILL see results that make you happy. Commit for another twelve weeks and you may have achieved your goal.
