You know already that Melissa Joan Hart lost 35 pounds after she had her third child, Tucker, now 16 months. But recently, she told Us Weekly that she's lost another 40 pounds. And considering that she only gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy, that makes her even lighter now than she was pre-baby!
So how'd she burn off the extra weight? Nutrisystem definitely had something to do with it (the star is the company’s spokesperson), but Melissa also credits her so-simple fitness trick: Rather than sweating alone, she turns exercise into quality time with her friends and her husband.
"I made it a social event," she told Us Weekly. "I chitchat with friends on walks or run with my husband."
