3 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
2 tsp garlic powder, divided
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup curly kale, finely chopped
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F. Soak flaxseeds in 6 Tbsp water for 3 to 4 minutes. In a food processor, puree flaxseeds, chickpeas, chickpea flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, and salt with 1/2 cup water. Spread dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with oil, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Whisk tahini, lemon juice, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 cup water. Remove crust from oven and drizzle with 2/3 of the sauce. Top with kale, tomatoes, onion, and feta. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, drizzle with remaining sauce, and slice into 4 pieces.
