The Kardashians may share the same DNA, but that doesn't mean they share the same approach when it comes to staying at (or getting to) a weight that makes them happy and healthy. Khloé and Kim both revealed their weight-loss secrets in a recent interview with E!, and each one has completely different tricks that they swear by.
Khloé prefers getting her sweat on at the gym instead of drastically changing her eating habits. "I don't believe in diets," Khloé told E!. "I believe in working out and hard work and consistency." Kim, on the other hand, is all about watching what she puts on her plate. "See, I believe in diets, or I will eat anything," she said. And when she really wants to drop extra pounds, Kim will go on a low-carb eating plan like the Atkins diet.
Before you write off either of the Kardashians, it's important to remember that different things work for different people.
