Is there anyone hotter than Beyoncé right now? That would be a no. Not only did her surprise album absolutely destroy iTunes sales records, but she showed off a sexy, toned figure when she and hubby Jay Z opened the Grammys.
Recently, Beyoncé's personal trainer of about seven years, Marco Borges, shared some of her eating and fitness secrets with E! Online.
Apparently, Beyoncé swears by 22Days Nutrition bars (or at least according to Borges, who's the founder of the company that makes them). And while Beyoncé may not be a full-time vegan, she sticks with mostly animal product-free fare: "The transition [from vegan] was fairly easy," says Borges, "because [now] she's sticking to a mostly plant-based diet with some fish here and there."
Of course, fitness is a key part of being healthy, too. Borges says Beyoncé swears by "body-weight squats, lunges, and pliés, along with plyometric exercises and sprint intervals."
Overall, Borges says, Beyoncé is "all about health and wellness…She just wants to feel good." Which is great because we're all about that!
