As we speak, this balloon device is scheduled to undergo its first clinical trial at the start of April where 30 patients across 3 medical centers will be equipped with this balloon mechanism. Should it prove safe and effective, this clinical trial will be expanded to 350 consumers across ten medical centers and eventually will be shown to the FDA for permission to be used.

Is it dangerous?
