Do not skip breakfast or lunch. The secret here is to eat healthy foods and eat enough so that your body can maintain a high metabolism rate throughtout the day. This is very important as burning calories is key to losing weight. Break down your meals into smaller portion and eat often throughout the day. This can help to keep your metabolism rate high and your body burning calories at its peak level.
Remember that you are what you eat. So make sure you put in healthy foods into your body. If you eat healthy, you will be healthy. If you eat unhealthy, you will be unhealthy. And unhealthy people will gain unwanted weight very quickly.
Last but not least, make sure you have enough sleep or rest at night (at least 7 hours of sleep every night). So, if you can eat right, exercise regularly and sleep well at night, you already have all you need to lose and keep those unwanted weights off your body.
