The app has illustrated versions of more than 70 sex positions that can help you lose weight. The sex positions are divided into several categories – some are meant to make the male partner lose weight, some are meant to make the female partner lose weight. There are other categories too which have sex positions that you can perform on a beach or in the swimming pool. Some of the positions are so intense and extreme, that a 30 minute session could help burn 300 calories!
Interestingly, each sex position is meant to target a specific part of your body and you can probably design a fitness regime based on these positions. On the first day, you can indulge in sex to workout your arms. On the second day, you can indulge in sex to workout your legs and so on and so forth.
