If you have been trying to lose weight but haven’t been to successful, here’s a a great natural remedy that will help you lose weight in a healthy and natural way.
How does it help?
Clove, cinnamon, pepper and cumin seeds have very potent anticholesteremic and anti-lipid properties that help reduce cholesterol levels, lowers plasma glucose levels and has been found to help people with metabolic syndrome and other obesity related ailments. Apart from that, when the three combine it also helps improve digestion and metabolism, helping the body burn the fat you consume more efficiently. What’s more this mixture also helps dibetics as it helps control cholesterol levels and regulates blood glucose levels[1].
How to use it?
To make this mixture you need 50 grams of clove, cinnamon, pepper and cumin seeds (jeera) each. Now dry roast all the ingredients separately till you can smell the ingredient. Remove them from the flame and grind them together. You can make enough of this mixture for a week and store it in a glass jar.
Every morning add one teaspoon of this power to half a glass of water and allow it to come to a rolling boil. Remove it from the flame and allow it to stand so it cools to a drinkable temperature. Add a tablespoon of honey to this mixture and have it on an empty stomach, every morning. With proper diet restrictions and regular exercise, you should be able to see changes in your weight.
Word of caution: Do not add more than one teaspoon of the mixture to water in an effort to hasten the weight loss process. Too much of this mixture will increase your pitta levels and cause adverse effects. This is a home remedy, please consult your doctor before you try any of these remedies.
