Yoga – A high protein diet may lead to constipation. Try yoga for relief from it. The Paschimottanasana or the seated forward bend pose helps you with it and also relaxes the back and arms and strengthens your thigh muscles.
At the gym – A kettlebell workout can help you burn a good amount of calories in a short time. Another ideal exercise when you are trying to lose pounds quickly. However, just like skipping, this workout must be combined with cardio and strength training for maximum results.
Sleep well tip – Reading is a great way to relax your mind and it induces sleep too. Sticking to actual books is ideal instead of using an e-reader or any gadget. This habit will surely make you feel better after a tiring day.
