3. Lose Weight consistently and steadily: Avoid the temptation to try and lose more than 2 pounds a week as your health could be negatively effected if you lose weight too quickly. 4. Eat low fat foods: Fatty foods generally take less calories to digest than they contain resulting in excess calories that if left unburned turn into fat! Foods such as fruit and vegetable contain fewer calories than they take to digest in most cases and as a result have a negative calorie count, meaning the more of this type of food you instead of fatty foods the more weight you will lose.

5. Work harder; if your family has a history of hereditary obesity:Some people may be overweight or obese because of an hereditary issue. Now although these people can still lose weight, in a lot of cases it is much harder for them and getting medical advice would be advantageous. But even with hard work and help from other quarters you should not expect to be as slim as other, although it isn't impossible.
