This will keep you metabolism level high enough for you to be active, so that you can be on your toes burning those calories through the day even in times of when you are not active.
The diet program should contain a good combination of fruits, vegetables and fiber along with lean protein like fish, egg white, chicken etc. It is important that you take the right food at the right time; this will boost your metabolism making you burn more fat than before. In addition to this a simple routine exercise everyday will definitely add to the effect. The exercise includes simple things like just jogging, walking dancing etc., something that you can do on a regular basis.
