When going out to eat
For your drink avoid alcohol or soft drinks. Try to order water or unsweetened tea. If you order bread make sure it is whole wheat. Wait until your food arrives before you order any alcoholic beverages. This will keep you from drinking as much. Avoid foods that have a lot of carbs in them. Trying eating foods high in protein like fish or rice. Stay away from the fried foods. When you order your salad don't get any dressing and if you do make sure it is low calorie dressing. Don't get bacon or croutons on your salad. This will help you to lose weight fast and easy.
When Eating at Your House
Eat your carbs before lunch time. This way you will have enough energy for the whole day. Try eating boiled eggs for breakfast, it is much healthier than frying them. Try to eat consistently during the day, like every 4 hours. When you are preparing food, start using smaller plates so you will eat less. Trying serving fruits or vegetables with your meals instead of fired foods like french fries, or tater tots.
When Eating at Your Work
Drink plenty of water while you are at work, this will help you to eat less. If you are going to snack, eat healthy snacks like nuts, apples, bananas. Stay away from the snack machine at work. Brown bag your lunch at home. This will not only save you money but you will probably eat less than you would at a restaurant. If you do eat out while on your lunch break eat a salad or apples anything that is healthy for you. Eating right at work will help you to lose weight fast and easy.
