Another no go has to be dairy products like cheese and yogurts. Again on the face of it they look really healthy but there not. However Eggs are ok just to confuse you a little.
So what can you eat well how does a nice big healthy Steak with Asparagus and Mange Tout sound. How about Egg and Smoked Salmon for breakfast. These are just some of the delights that you could eat so instead of saying why can't I lose weight you will be saying look at me now. So be decisive change your diet today to a fat burning diet and you will be amazed at the result and all perfectly healthy too.
