So far so good, you have not been hungry and you are eating healthy food. Another break at three or four would be nice for a cup of yogurt, handful of nuts or another piece of fruit. Top it up with a steaming cup of your favorite herbal tea.
Dinner is the most complicated meal of the day. It is important that you are satisfied so you do not get up in the middle of the night because you are hungry. At the same time it has to be something light that will not have too many carbohydrates that will turn into fat while you sleep.
A large salad with everything you want in it would be great. A large bowl of your favorite soup would also be fantastic. A nice juicy piece of grilled lean meat will also satisfy your hunger. If you combine the steak with the salad or the soup and leave it at that, you will have had a great day.
