More Water
There really aren't any problems that can't be helped by drinking more water. Headaches? Try drinking more water, as it may be dehydration. Have a cold? Drink more water so you can recover more quickly. Losing weight is no exception. By drinking more water, you can more easily stay away from the sodas and other sugary drinks that sabotage your fitness goals, and you can stay hydrated to keep your stamina up when working it out at the gym.
Switch From Coffee To Tea
If you drink your coffee black with no sugar, you can skip this one. The problem with coffee is that we tend to put two or three spoonfuls of sugar in and then about a third of a cup of creamer or half and half. After five or six cups a day, you may as well be eating a tub of ice cream for breakfast every morning. Try some black teas out for your caffeine fix and try to find one you can enjoy without sugar.
Walk
Park farther away from work or the grocery store and make yourself walk to make up the difference. It's easy to get lazy and circle the parking lot for an hour looking for the closest possible spot, but walking across the parking lot and back can really be a big help in losing weight fast. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, and bike to work if it's close enough. Just squeeze a little more exercise into your daily routine.
