Try to reschedule your eating time and develop a habit of taking small snacks between your meals. Whatever you eat, make sure that you document the number of calories that you consume. It is very important that you burn more than you consume.

Weight loss programs alone can't help you lose weight fast. You need to be proactive to get better results. Try to walk as much as possible during your daily routine. For example - you may walk a few blocks to office or take stairs. These exercises might seem to be negligible but would make great results!
