Picking the quickest diet plan

In a world where feel the burn transformed into feel the Bern, it's no wonder the task of picking and sticking to a diet is so difficult. When you start to research a diet plan, and we all know everyone wants quick results; you would think the list would be staggering. You would be incorrect. This article is short because the list is short. The one sure fire method I've chosen from the top 10 list of best short range diet plans as reported in the U.S. News & World Report as published by Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, is called the MIND diet.

A combination of the ever-popular Mediterranean diet and the DASH diet, the Mind diet actually not only helps you lose the weight, but keeps you from losing your mind! Or in a more accurately defined concept; this diet was initially formulated to prevent the risk of Alzheimer's. It's a win-win! How can anyone go wrong eating leafy greens, grains, beans, and fish, which are part of the 10 "brain-healthy food groups", along with all other vegetables, nuts, berries, poultry, and olive oil. But the clincher here is you also add, on specified days of course, "five unhealthy groups" consisting of red meat, butter and stick margarine, cheese, pastries and sweets, and fried or fast food! Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, well, Christmas is coming early for you folks! The secret ingredient to the brain-healthy food group, the most slammed taboo diet risk of all, the piece da la resistance, that's right; I've saved the absolute best for last: RED WINE. That's right! You read it here first.......well, maybe not first, because I read it somewhere before telling you about it, but you get the giant, loving, wonderful, feeling of it don't you?!

Basically what THE MIND diet is telling us that all foods, some that are no-brainers an literally help your brain, and some that are the anti-Christ of diets, are all o.k. if you eat more of the good foods, less of the bad ones, and christen it all with a good California red! I can't help but get excited about that last part. I'm Italian. Paison'! What can I say?! Tis' good!
