You will not look at your body, you will not care how it feels or behaves, you will avoid contact with it and pretend it is not there, you will stop listening to the messages it gives you and you will hate it more and more.
But you are creating a vicious "fat" cycle!
The body never creates problems; it is the mind that does it! Think about it for a second, no animal has a body image problem, no animal, not even the elephant as a body image problem! They are happy with their bodies because there is no mind telling them that they have imperfect bodies. Otherwise you would have elephants going around with serous inferiority complexes, but animal don't think of the body as we do!
So here is what to do? Drop the ideal body! And love the body you now have! I am not saying don't change it I am saying love it right now! Love your imperfections. You have to love it and take care of it when you do; you will start being conscious of what you eat, how you exercise and how you treat it!
Take care of the body and it will become beautiful. It is a complex machine and all it needs is self love and attention, it goes on working without you help, even at sleep it works. It goes on functioning even if you are unaware and it does so silently. So you should be grateful to your body!
Love your body now and I guarantee you in a few short months you will see your body transform!
It is just like falling in love with a woman, you might not have cared about your body but when you fall in love, you will do all you can to get in shape to please her!
