Want to know the truth, whole truth, and nothing but the grim truth about dieting...it doesn't work! Webster defines the word diet as a:
1 a: food and drink regularly provided or consumed b: habitual nourishment c: the kind and amount of food prescribed for a person or animal for a special reason d: a regimen of eating and drinking sparingly so as to reduce one's weight
2: something provided or experienced repeatedly.
You know what is interesting here; #d says to eat and drink sparingly... So I ask you; do you really want to "cut back" on the eating and drinking anyway, just to shed a few pounds? Not me!
We have to stop the social aspects of focusing on starving the body of calories or carbs to achieve the results... And we should start creating an easy way for people to learn about the latest dieting and weight loss information, and to succeed once and for all.
It's time you focus on giving yourself a NON starvation type of weight loss program, a diet which is NOT focused on starving your body of calories or carbs - because, as I'll repeat myself..."starvation diets do not work" and will only make you miserable, leaving you feeling weak and lethargic all day long.
You see there is one main and important ingredient that all the guru's like to leave out of their plan to make you that newer sexy you factor... I believe in giving truthful and accurate dietary information, and if you do not include exercise into your daily routine, even if it's walking 10-20 minutes a day to get the body and heart moving...all that starvation will not do you a thing.
I believe that if you follow a program then it will take you beyond the typical dieting failures, which are common among traditional diets -- and into the future of smart weight loss. Do this for a month, then two, then three, and before you know it you're addicted and six months have flown by. And anyone that can commit to going just six months can go a lifetime, and a lifetime is all you have.
