Most people who are trying to lose weight have an ideal weight in their minds, a goal that they would like to reach within a certain time frame. There is nothing wrong with goals, in fact they are one of the keys to successfully losing weight as the progress is measurable and you're not just going down an alley with no end.
It is very important though to set goals that are realistic. This is important for a variety of reasons, the first one being your health. If you keep on losing weight, it is just not healthy anymore. You will begin to look pale and your energy levels will drop, you'll be tired after half a day's work and generally, you won't be happy. This is not what actually we want of course.
Setting a realistic goal can be much more rewarding, both mentally and physically. You will feel successful, like a winner. You won't be a nervous wreck who is focussed on losing those last 2 pounds before even enjoying life a little bit. Learn to set realistic goals and you'll enjoy losing weight, your motivation will be a lot bigger than when you keep on missing set dates and weights.
This is just a small motivational article, I have written it from my own experience with losing those extra pounds I wanted to lose. At first I wasn't setting my goals very good, I wanted to weigh as much as I did when I was 16, which is a killer goal as you can imagine. I did come across a program that helped me a lot, or, well I think it did. It's either that or the adjustment of my goals.
To be honest, I did not realize I had to change my mind about those ideal weights until I tried a product my friend recommended, we had both been looking for our ideal figure for years and we kind of did it together to keep motivated. It is called extreme fat burn and I found it at
http://www.herbalcureindia.com/products/bioslim.htm . It is just an idea and I'm not normally into these things, but it worked for me.
