If you decide to try a fad diet you will find yourself falling into a diet that is going to waste your time and make you mad when you loose a few pounds only to gain them back when you get off the diet. Save yourself the time and trouble go see your doctor and you can get on the plan you need so that you can loose the weight you want in a healthy way.
When it comes to diets you should take one day at a time and make it a point to stick to your diet that day. Then the next day make it a point to stick to your diet that day and do on. Once you have been on a diet for a week it becomes a way of your life and it is easier to stay on the diet.
