You have gone on your diet and have achieved your goal. Now that your diet is over what do you see different? People change in many ways after a diet some are for the good and some are for the bad. Let’s look at some of each.

Many times people change the way they eat after the diet. When a person has reached their desired weight and size they may go back to the way they use to eat. Many times the way a person changes after the diet is in their appearance like if you diet and not incorporate an exercise program then you are going to have what is commonly known as flab hanging down. At times you may notice that the way people change after the diet, is they develop an attitude or mod change. They are at the place they want to be and they like it and then they think that everyone should like it as much as they do. They may begin to dress differently wearing tighter clothes for example so that people will notice that they have lost weight.
After a person goes on a diet they change. Most of the time it is for the good, but sometimes it is not. That is up to you Most of the time the reason you went on the diet was because you didn’t like the way you was and you were looking to change after the diet. Don’t let the diet or the results control you. If you choose to go on a diet, you must control the diet and the outcome so that people will like the person you are after the diet. However the important thing is that you are happy.
