I (Diana) gained 66 pounds and topped the scale at 201 while pregnant. This was a shock for my typical athletic self!
Reality hit after I delivered and all 66 pounds didn't just melt away after leaving the hospital. In fact, 30 pounds started to take up residence on my pre-pregnancy size 4 frame.
Time was ticking because in 6 short weeks, I had to return to my 8-5 corporate job and couldn't even put one toe in my size 4 jeans (even my size 14 "come down" jeans my sister gave me were tight!) - honestly ... reality hit hard!
