You have your own selfish reasons to take care of your health because without that, you will not be able to deliver your best in your work or for your family. Nor can you enjoy the fruits of your labour. One of the results of such an irresponsible attitude towards your health is getting fat. You should not allow the situation to continue and so you must act immediately to lose fat quickly.
To lose fat quickly, if you depend completely on your exercises regimen, you cannot get results. Likewise, if you depend on the diet regimen alone, you may not get consummate results. It should be a two-pronged approach consisting of both diet and exercises regimens.

But you will get the same energy that you get out of your large meals but through several smaller meals.
Your exercises regimen must also be planned with the right proportion of cardio exercises and weight-training exercises. You can burn good amount of calories through your cardio exercises but the problem with doing cardio exercises alone is that they will burn your muscles also. So to counter this, you must do weight-training exercises also, by doing which you can rebuild your muscles. Having good muscles will help you to burn more calories because muscles need a good amount of calories to maintain themselves. Another great benefit is that if you have good muscles, most of your work of losing fat will be done by the muscles themselves because muscles keep burning your calories round the clock, even when you are relaxing or sleeping.
You should also take the most important step of drinking plenty of water to lose fat quickly. Water is a great metabolism-booster because it hydrates your body very well. Another benefit of drinking a good amount of water is that water flushes out toxins from your body. It is the fat cells that accommodate the toxins that get into your body through various sources. When the toxins are removed, your fat cells may not be strong enough to oppose your strategies to lose fat quickly.
Water will also give you the feeling of fullness and hence you may not over-eat. You should drink at least two glasses of water prior to your meal so that this aim is accomplished. You should also make it a habit to drink frequent sips of water during the course of your eating your meal. This will also help you to avoid over-eating so that you can easily accomplish your aim to lose fat quickly.
