Then obviously we have to get a bit deeper and ask why you need help. My guess is that your trying to lose weight and like the majority of people it's either painful or not working or in a lot of cases both.
So how about a diet that is not a diet just a reallocation of what you currently eats. How about this for a day's menu.

So hopefully you can see that there really is a solution out there that means you can continue to enjoy eating and this is the sort of help to lose weight you have been looking for. What we have done in this particular example is have got rid of all the foods that help store fat. Sugar is your major enemy but not everybody realises that certain healthy looking foods like orange juice turn into sugar when inside your body.
