So you have heard all sorts of horror stories about burn fat diets with adverse side effects in some of the better known ones but you are very serious about losing weight and you do want to burn fat and lose weight if it's healthy. Well the good news is if you do it properly it's very healthy and will improve you health.
The reality it's not even a diet it's a different approach to eating but if you like your 20 donuts a day I wont be able to help you. The secret here is to understand that sugar is your enemy and if you can destroy that then you can win the battle and you can start to change your metabolism back so it starts to burn fat not store it.
The problem with sugar is that foods that seem perfectly healthy actually turn into sugar once inside your body. These foods include amazingly orange Juice and all wheat products such as Pasta, All Breads and Cereals. Another area to avoid is dairy products such as cream, cheese and yogurts but butter and eggs are ok. So these have to go out the window and for me there is no great loss. If your Italian and love your pasta I can see it will be a bigger sacrifice for you.
The good bit is what you can eat. Eggs, Bacon, tomatoes and Mushrooms for breakfast. Tuna or Ham tropical salad for lunch. Fruit salad for tea time or desert with lunch. For dinner a nice juicy hamburger without the bun or Fillet steak with fresh mange tout and broccoli, I am getting hungry just writing this. Another tip is to replace you mealtime drink with water and freshly squeezed lemon cutting our sugar drinks is a great way to go and lemon is the best detoxifier on the planet.
So as you can see you can burn fat and lose weight and actually improve your health not hinder it. So may I suggest you take decisive action and do something positive about it today rather than reading a similar article to this in 3 months time still thinking about it?
