1. Eat a large variety of foods that are good for you.
Different foods each day from all the food groups,

each day.
3. Exercise at least 3-4 days per week.

4. Don't weigh on the scales. Instead, measure yourself
to gauge your results. Muscle weighs more than fat.
We all know that fad diets can work but as soon as you go back to your regular habits, the weight comes back and sometimes more than you lost.
