Because you are not getting enough iron and other nutrients, your body may start experiencing cravings.
These cravings are nothing to worry about, and you can basically eat a great deal more when you are pregnant, but some people definitely take this too far. Some women think that just because they are pregnant and are “eating for twoâ€, that they are allowed to eat as much and any type of food that they want, and this is not true.
You have to be even more aware if anything, of what you are eating, because you are not just eating to keep your figure but instead to develop a baby inside of you. You can give in to your pregnancy food cravings now and again but you have to make sure that you are eating as much healthy food as you are these strange cravings that you are experiencing while you are pregnant so that baby is healthy.
