The Calorie Shifting diet that is illustrated in Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the most popular diets today. But is it a scam or a true success? With so many diets being pushed into the publics eye what makes this different than any other diet?
Even if Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a successful seller how do I know it will work for me? When I started on the diet program for myself I had the same questions that everyone else has when starting a new diet. The difference is that I never saw my life changing as much as it has because of a diet. I was roughly 50 pounds overweight less than a year ago when I jumped on board with the program. I wanted to make sure though that if I was going to go full throttle that it was going to be with a diet that I would not end up disappointed with.
My biggest issue, or should I say issues, were taking on diets that:
1. Did give me immediate weight loss only to eventually gain the weight and possibly even more weight back.
2. Did give me immediate weight loss but did have long term health risks which I was not willing to take.
3. Did give me immediate weight loss but my entire lifestyle changed because I am one who enjoys food but was now being subjected to salads and other "health junky" foods that did not keep me interested.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots promises that you will lose 9 lbs. every 11 days. I myself was able to lose roughly 7 pounds in the first 11 days and others that I have spoken to about this diet were definitely in the same area as myself. Some were higher than 9 pounds.
3 things about the Calorie Shifting diet that allowed myself and many other to stick to it is:
1. Not only was I able to lose the weight quickly but I was to keep it off in the long run b/c I was not lowering my calorie intake slowing down my metabolism.
2. The Calorie Shifting Diet is not a health risk but actually very healthy for your system b/c you are not depriving yourself of any food group but instead you are just altering your day-to-day menu.
3. With the Calorie Shifting Diet I am able to eat the foods that I like to eat. Like everything in life "everything should be taken, or in this case eating in moderation."
But what about long term results? That's what I wanted to know.
Of course, like everything in life there are some individuals who I have spoken to about the Calorie Shifting Diet who have not had as much success as others. Whether or not they followed the program as well as they should have no one will ever know but I can tell you that they are few and far between. I encourage you to take advantage of this program.
