How many so-called wonder diets have you already tried? How many more will you try before realizing that there is a reason these fail? As far as your eating habits, companies are prospering on the simple concept of moderation. They haven’t done anything that you can’t do yourself. They have just made it easier for someone to eat less. In addition, the packaged food contains preservatives. I am sure that not only can you cook better meals than they offer, you’ll be able to do it for a fraction of the cost. I know it sounds ridiculous to say that someone who is starving themselves is on a diet. But for the hundreds of thousands of women who pop pills and binge, it is a reality. Plain and simple, your body needs food to function properly. There are so called liquid diets, and programs that tell you to eat as little as possible. Losing weight this way is actually worse for you than gaining weight. Without proper nutrients, your body will systematically break down.
