3. Hiking - If you live in the city this can be just walking. I like hiking because it gets you into the open air and is a great way to workout without even noticing.
When it comes to strength workouts to lose lower stomach fat you need to remember that you're not targeting your abs but doing what burns the most body fat. For that reason I like exercises which work large muscle groups like squats, lunges, should dumbbell lifts, chest presses, and back rows. You can and should do some lower stomach exercises like reverse crunches, hanging leg lifts, and the captain's chair leg lifts, but these are only for toning, not for fat loss.
Lower belly fat loss will come from doing cardio and working out your entire body to improve strength and endurance. Results can show in as little as 2 weeks.
