How many times have you tried to lose those last few pounds of belly bulge? If you are anything like the average person; you have most likely tried over a dozen times. You know just as well as I do that every magazine and website will tell you to just do 3 sets of 12 and you will be fine. If that was the case, then why would you be reading this if? Don’t ever go no carb. I don’t get it; everyone and their mom are still stuck on no carb dieting. WHY? To easiest way for me to say this is that no carb dieting will make you probably gain weight if done for more than a few days.Just continue to do what you have been doing and simply stop doing the 4 never do again tips that I have outlined above and you will be well on your way to losing those last few pounds of belly bulge.
