1) Warm-up: do 10 minutes of cardio exercise on either a treadmill or exercise bike. Rest your hands with dumbbells on your chest with your palms facing in the direction of your legs. With one fluid movement raise both arms straight into the air and slowly return to the starting position.
5) Scissor kicks: Lie on your back with hands tucked into your sides. Straighten both legs and slowly raise them from the floor. Slowly move legs away from each other, to the sides. Return to starting position and repeat.
