5 Tips to Lose 5 Pounds in a week

1. Don't starve yourself
Starving yourself will only make things harder. Yes, you may lose weight but you will find it harder to keep it off in the future. You don't need to take extreme action and starve yourself. You need to eat smart, workouts and you can do this.

2. Healthy eating habits
The most important thing you need to do in order to lose 5 pounds in a week is to have healthy eating habits: don't skip breakfast, don't go for longer than 3 hours without eating anything, drink plenty of water, eat small meals and snacks, and avoid sugary drinks and candy.

3. Cleanup
