Stop throwing on baggy sweatshirts and t-shirts every time you gain a few pounds. This only serves to help you forget your weight loss goals. Instead, throw on your skinny clothes and wear them out to dinner or to work. You won’t overindulge if you can feel your stomach hanging out from your jeans. If you feel incredibly uncomfortable with the idea of wearing too tight clothing in public, throw something like a blazer over it. You’ll still feel the constriction from your clothes, but you won’t be so exposed.
