So how can you change what you're attracting?
Start by working out why your subconscious wants you to be fat. This may take a bit of detective work, but it's do-able. There are lots of different reasons that you could be fighting your potential weight loss. Maybe it's an ancient survival mechanism kicking in - we're actually almost hard wired over the millenia to eat food whenever it's available, just in case there's a famine hiding around the corner.
Or maybe there's a sense of unworthiness. After all, only successful people are slim, aren't they?
Maybe there's a cost hiding somewhere - getting slimmer would mean a whole new wardrobe. Which although appealing to our mind also has a big impact on our wallets as well.
Take the time to analyze your thoughts about your weight and your food intake. You'll almost certainly find that being overweight is at least partially rooted in your mind.
Then turn those thoughts around to help you become the thinner you that you always wanted to be. Start attracting a new, thinner, you into your life!
