Is There A Store Where You Can Buy Medifast?

The other day, I had someone ask me if there was any store that carried medifast meals, foods, and products.  She envisioned a special medifast store where she could go and immediately get any of the items she might need on this diet.  If this wasn't possible, she hoped that at least some national grocery chain or health food store within driving range carried some of the products. 

As of this writing, the only company that sells medifast products is the company itself.  There are third party companies and websites that offer information and coupons associated with this diet, but not the foods and products themselves.  They are only manufactured and distributed by the company.

With that said, there are some clinics throughout the country that do carry some of the items.  But, not every one has access to one of these.  For example, Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Virginia have only one clinic each for the entire state.  Arizona and Maryland both have four clinics each. Minnesota has five.

By far, California and Texas have the most clinics available, perhaps because they are two of the largest states in the U.S.  So, what happens if you don't live in one of the states with a clinic or you do but your state's clinic is simply hours away? 

Medifast does make the medifast meals and products extremely easy and fast to order online. An entire order including signing up for membership, choosing your foods and products, and paying for your order should not take more than a few minutes.  (You can even use the cut and paste feature for your any coupons to make things go even faster.)  I know most of us want to start a diet immediately after we decide that we want to get started on it, but while you're waiting for your shipment (which doesn't take all that long,) you can always gather some good "lean and green meal" recipes and educate yourself on what to expect and how the diet works.

And, the company is very generous with coupons and discounts for online orders.
