So what is 1000 Calorie Program? the 1000 Calorie Challenge is so named because it includes two concepts in which the 1000 calorie figure comes into play: You need to do 3 workouts each week in which you burn 1000 calories or more each time; The eating plan includes some low calories days in which you eat just 1000 calories in total.
The workout plan is based on having calorie burning days where you consume less calories than use, thus resulting in losing fat. The workouts included in this plan are all focused on burning 1,000 calories or more (thus the name of the program). Additionally, the program includes diets for 1,000 calorie days, that is diets that create a deficit of 1,000 calories per day. This addition to the program creates a huge calorie burn out.
