Baby Fat and Muffin Top are Really Sugar Tops

  We Eat Sugar.

Lots of it. (over 150 lbs per person per year)
Our bodies are not efficient at processing sugar. Unprocessed sugar turns into fat.

Lots of it.
All of our diet pills, shakes, programs, and even seven days a week at the gym won't make a dent in this dilemma.

Do you have one of those baby fat "muffin tops"?
It's been there all your life.

It's laughed at all your diets watching your body weight go up and down and even when you lost so much weight and looked so withdrawn that you were like 'dead man walking', you STILL HAD THAT MUFFIN TOP!! (Grrrrrr)

But, shouldn't it really be called a 'Sugar Top'? FACING THE REALITY

How does Sugar play into this and Can I Lose Weight by Limiting Sugar? Can I ever lose my muffin top, or my 'thunder thighs' or my 'big butt'?

Simply put, excess sugar does two deadly things to us.

First, it causes our liver to work overtime turning excess sugar into fat, sending it back into the bloodstream to be deposited in those unique storage places we all seem to have.
Second, it forces the release of excess insulin and anytime insulin levels go up
our bodies stop burning fat.

Let's Make it Simple
There Are

Three Negative Realities We Must Face
and
Three Positive Realities We Can Embrace

Three Negative Realities

1. We eat sugar, lots of it. It's in almost everything we eat.?
2. Our bodies are far more efficient at storing sugar as fat than in processing it.?
3. It is not how much weight we lose but the "kind of weight" we lose. We can easily lose lots of weight that doesn't count while losing hardly any weight that does.?
This turns all our diets, diet plans and programs, quick weight loss centers, overweight forums, accountability groups, diet pills, shakes, sprays, potions, teas, green coffees, exotic berries, hormone treatments, fat loss gadgets, exercises, ( whew ) and whatever else marketers can think of next, into nothing more than ‘A Temporary Fix’.

'Now that's some real negative' you say!
Yes but thankfully there are,

Three Positive Realities

1.We can easily cut 10-15% of our sugar intake?by simply not buying canned, bottled or fountain sodas,?fruit juices, or energy drinks and our bodies?will be so happy they won't even complain for more?than a week. Within 7 days you won't even think about it.

2. We are finding more and more convincing ways to achieve 'sweet' without sugar. Stevia?for example is natural and much safer than saccharine or aspartame.

3. Scientific natural breakthrough products are now on the market that are clinically proven to help our bodies process sugar, and control insulin, 'without drugs', or their side effects.

WHAT DO WE DO?

There is no neutral ground here. Not moving forward is moving backward. Not doing research is doing relapse. Not taking action is taking negative action because sugar is a relentless enemy. It will not stop until we are dumpy & distended, depressed & defeated, deficient & diabetic, or dead.
