Is there a magic solution for weight loss? Why, yes, there is! It's called eat right and exercise! While that may sound condescending and sarcastic, think about it: it's true. Common sense really does work sometimes.
Many people are looking for some special pill or system that will force their body to suddenly lose weight and look good. Here are the rules: consume very moderate amounts of overall fat and very small amounts of saturated fat, avoid trans fat entirely, consume low amounts of sodium, drink lots of water, moderate amounts of complex carbohydrates (found in whole grains and a few other select foods) and small amounts of sugar and simple carbohydrates.
If you follow these simple guidelines and choose an exercise regimen that works for you, you will look great and be in the best shape of your life. Plus, if you learn how to eat better and stay active in the first place, you won't diet pills, nutrition experts, personal trainers, or any of that extraneous stuff!
It's all in the mind. Research your favorite foods and restaurants, eat out and shop better, and you will see results. Plain and simple! Seriously: this isn't rocket science, people! Don't fall for the hype!
