As someone who works at home, I sit close to my pc hours on end. Each and every day I could be doing some thing different. Having said that, what never changes is what I have in front of me: a cup of coffee and normally some snacks. Chips, cake, cookies, pizza, ice cream, as well as other sweets are the usual food items on my desk throughout the day. Mainly because of the fat and sugar content, they have lots of calories. Since I usually do not workout as I stay at my home in front of my computer, I am unable to burn off these excess calories. Going through some tough times with income, I was forced to work overtime causing my snacking to increase. On February of 2010, I weighed in at 191lbs. As of August 2nd, 2010 a hefty 218lbs. This is an addition of 27lbs, and mostly fat too. (My friends have told me quite a few things about these extra 27lbs when I was at the beach.) “Wow, your 2 pack disappeared, Michael,” was what Katie had said to me immediately after I took off my shirt. Talk about feeling embarrassed; I genuinely lost my desire to hop into the water for a swim. But I was not entirely discouraged just simply because my abs had disappeared and I had gained some extra baggage. I gained this bodyweight myself. So, that evening I went on the computer and as opposed to working, researched some diet regimens.
Whilst researching these diet regimens, I had seen so several guarantees of “Losing 15lbs in 1 week!” or “Lose weight without moving a muscle!” These promises might be possible for a very select handful of people. But are you actually goinglikely to work so hard and starve yourself so you could lose 2lbs a day, unhealthily without the need of exercising? Usually, these guarantees genuinely are just not feasible and they sound too good to be genuine. On top of that, after subscribing to one of them just to check it out I was bombarded with 5 emails-talk about spam. Nevertheless, I looked down at my stomach, remembering the last bit of abs definition I once had earlier this year. I was not going to be discouraged. I continued trying to find a number of hours until I stumbled upon this one system, “The Truth About 6 Pack Abs”. Now I hate sales copies, salesmen, and other garbage that holds empty guarantees, but what this guy was saying sounding logical and extremely reasonable. So I gave it a shot. I bought the eBook. I figured I could start reading that night-and I did. I read all 120 pages on “The Truth About Six Pack Abs” in about 2 hours and watched the DVD included that I would get the following week. Ironically, I did have a snack but it was fruit! (So much for wanting to bring down my self-esteem :P).
Right after reading, I realized some bad news: there is no quick fix to acquiring 6 pack ab muscles or losing bodyweight. The good news, nevertheless, is that a great set of ab muscles is surely attainable to just about anybody (regardless of genetics) when you follow sound training advice and a healthy diet regime that promotes body fat loss. I was genuinely impressed with all of the great physical exercise diagrams integrated for various exercises. There were also several workout plans, a question and answers section, diet regime info with a nice and detailed grid, and plenty of tips to get me going. As soon as I woke up the next day, I headed to the grocery store to put this program to the task. I also went to my local sporting goods retailer to buy some fundamental equipment. As I worked out and held true to this program, (I did cheat several instances) I began to lose close to 2-3lbs per week. On October 10, 2010 I weighed in at 194lbs! Believe it or not, I looked better than I did when I weighed 191lbs! I had extra muscle and definition on my arms and legs, and I could see the 6 pack ab muscles attempting to show up, specially after my workout. This eBook genuinely proved to me that with the right mindset as well as the right tools, it is possible to truly drop pounds and get nice ab muscles. I wanted to share this with all of you today so you do not need to look for hours like I did and don’t fall for any scams. I included a link for this Abs/Weight Loss Program Here or on the bottom. (I do not make any cash from promoting this. This link is specifically for the DVD set to become included totally free, which I got via email. The only catch is that if I get good testimonials I may be entered in to get a chance to win a lifetime gym membership :P).
Keep in mind: don’t give up! If this worked for me (a person who doesn’t exercise and is naturally lazy) then it will do the job for you.
